How MOTUS PRO Works

Rather than delivering energy in sharp, isolated pulses, MOTUS PRO uses Moveo technology to distribute energy evenly as the handpiece glides continuously across the skin. This allows tissue to warm gradually, which improves tolerance without sacrificing clinical effectiveness. An integrated sapphire cooling tip protects the skin surface throughout, often eliminating the need for numbing cream.

The platform combines two gold-standard wavelengths: Alexandrite at 755 nm for lighter skin tones and Nd:YAG at 1064 nm for darker skin tones. Together they allow MOTUS PRO to be used across a wide range of Fitzpatrick skin types, including darker skin tones, when appropriate settings are selected. A larger 24 mm spot size option supports efficient high-speed treatment of larger body areas when needed.
